The
City of Coral Springs is calling artists to submit concept proposals for its 50th Anniversary Project. The city is looking to commission a piece of art for permanent display at the east entrance of Atlantic Boulevard. The artwork should "embody the city’s mission as the nation’s premier community in which to live, work and raise a family, as well as celebrate the City’s 50th Anniversary." The city's budget for this project is $75,000. The
deadline for submission is September 1, 2012.
